Hanwoo Tenderloin Steak

Recipe Ingredients
  • basic ingredients 1 Piece of Hanwoo tenderloin (3cm thick)  2 asparagus stalks  1/4 red bell pepper 
  • Steak sauce 4T Worcestershire sauce  4T balsamic vinegar  0.5T minced garlic 

Cook Order

  • 1.  Season the Hanwoo tenderloin with salt and pepper, then coat the meat with olive oil.
  • 2.  For the steak sauce, mix all the ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil over high heat.
  • 3.  Once it begins boiling, reduce the heat to medium-low and let it simmer, stirring until it thickens.
  • 4.  Heat a pan and place the seasoned tenderloin from step 1 in it.
  • 5.  Sear all sides(front, back, and edges) until they develop a golden brown color.
  • 6.  Then transfer the meat to a 180℃ oven and cook for approximately 8 minutes.
  • 7.  Slice the asparagus and bell peppers, season with salt and pepper, and grill them.
  • 8.  Arrange the cooked steak from step 3 and the gilled vegetables from step 4 on a plate.
  • 9.  Drizzle the sauce evenly over the dish, the garnish with edible flowers, fresh herbs, and additional sauce.
