Hanwoo strip loin Tataki Salad

Recipe Ingredients
  • basic ingredients 1 Piece of Hanwoo strip loin (2cm thick)  Baby greens  1 Radish 
  • Dressing ingredients 5T Tsuyu (dipping sauce)  1T lemon juice  1T vinegar 

Cook Order

  • 1.  Sprinkle salt and pepper over the Hanwoo strip loin, then let it marinate in olive oil.
  • 2.  Rinse the baby greens, thinly slice the radish and soak it in water, and finely chop the green onion.
  • 3.  Mix all the dressing ingredients together in a bowl.
  • 4.  Place the strip loin from step 1 into a preheated pan and cook it to your preferred level of doneness.
  • 5.  Cut the cooked strip loin into bite-sized slices and neatly arrange them on a plate.
  • 6.  Garnish with edible flowers, baby greens, radish, green onions, and sesame seeds, then finish with a drizzle of the dressing.
