Recipe Ingredients
basic ingredients
1 Piece of Hanwoo strip loin (2cm thick) Baby greens 1 Radish
Dressing ingredients
5T Tsuyu (dipping sauce) 1T lemon juice 1T vinegar
Cook Order
1. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the Hanwoo strip loin, then let it marinate in olive oil.
2. Rinse the baby greens, thinly slice the radish and soak it in water, and finely chop the green onion.
3. Mix all the dressing ingredients together in a bowl.
4. Place the strip loin from step 1 into a preheated pan and cook it to your preferred level of doneness.
5. Cut the cooked strip loin into bite-sized slices and neatly arrange them on a plate.
6. Garnish with edible flowers, baby greens, radish, green onions, and sesame seeds, then finish with a drizzle of the dressing.
